Percy P. Cotton, 18??–19??

An illustrator with an apparent penchant for oversize caps as part of his drawing style—Percy Cotton may have been primarily a motor-boat man—or at least an early adopter of the marine motor. He seems to have had enough experience with them to be able to poke fun at them and their owners.
